Latest changes that we have submitted few weeks ago allowed our users to invite their customers to Shared Workspace. Each deal can be shared with the customer and now we allow you to see one stream of all updates, changes, new items and comments. Just like on Facebook you have your friends in Disqourse you have your employees, partners and customers on one platform 

Each comment, note, task, price quote or new file generates email notification - this email notification contains full content of the item it refers to and can be answered by simply replying to an email - it'll be automatically attached to the system. 


In the context of sales cycle our software changes the way business communicates with its customers (we think of B2B of course). Our software changes email into SMS-like service, and gives each company a private "Facebook".
