Thanks to our system, they can add new lead while being still on the phone with the customer.
Here are the sample steps:
1. Fill out customer info and type of transaction:
2. Hit "Save deal and add note or task" - give your Field Sales teammate some more info about whereabouts of the meeting.
3. Hit "Add note or task" - lead is created, task/meeting reminder is also created and displayed in the calendar of the sales person. Of course we've sent also email notification with the details
