In order to setup your own sales process you should go to Settings section of our system (you must be login as an Administrator) and then click on "Deal Phases".
Next you can add new workflow step (via "Add phase" field), remove step or change steps order by using simple navigation on the right of each list item.
You can also change the name of any workflow step if you like - just click a pencil icon!
Bonus: If you invite your customer to the shared workspace during the sales cycle (to exchange documents, tasks and feedback) he or she will see your deal status. It makes a lot of sense to keep your customer up to date with the deal status but you should make sure that wording is correct!
